Rob helped me coordinate a very complicated project of crating up and shipping a pool table from New Jersey to California. The project went sideways a couple times (totally not his fault at all) and he was helpful, responsive and professional every step of the way. The table was packed up masterfully and arrived in great condition. Definitely would work with him again!
