Not only did Allstate save me money on auto insurance, but Ginette’s customer service is unsurpassable. She happily explained each discount in words I could understand. I called at 4:45 on a Wednesday expecting to just say, «Ok, I want to switch.» Even though she set me up to switch at a future date and would have had plenty of time to relax before my policy began, I still received paperwork by email within hours. While my intention was to get the ball rolling a few weeks before my policy was set to start, Ginette went above and beyond my expectations to make my transition to Allstate simpler than I could have ever imagined.
