Just recently we received a letter from the IRS that in 2009 a tax form 941 for quarterly taxes were never filed. Well guess who was supposed to file that tax form? Yup. Guttilla and Guttilla. So now we had to find another accountant and pay his fee to have this form filed.
Don’t do business with these people. We’re seriously considering hiring an attorney to sue them for damages from their bad advice and services.
