Bee There Limousine & Car Serv

One star is apparently required. I wish this was not the case.
This place was the worst business I have dealt with in a very long time. Our car broke down and we needed a taxi to the nearest car rental place so we called them. Instead of sending the car we requested, they sent a stretch limo. Instead of being helpful, the driver accused us of lying to him and forcing him to help us move, even though we repeatedly told him our car had just broken down, we literally even showed him our car. Instead of dropping us off at the car rental place, the driver dropped us across the highway at a random gas station with all our shit. The driver was incredibly unsafe and had difficulty maneuvering the giant limo. Instead of charging us the $ 60 quoted when we called, the driver added on $ 5, lied about that being the quoted price, and then tacked on an extra $ 7 dollars for tolls that we saw were only $ 2, accusing us of being shady all the way. There was trash in the back of the limo, the driver turned the music all the way up, and the driver handed us water bottles, which we thought were for us, but he instead asked us to stock the mini fridge for him.
All around, the worst worst customer service I have ever experienced during a frustrating day when some simple honesty and consideration would have been much appreciated.
