My experience at this place was about as off-putting as I could imagine. Booking the first appointment was slow and a waste of time. When I got in, there was a loud, locker room type of bro-vibe with crowds, delayed start time, and pounding against walls and machines by other clients. My therapist Rich set the tone with his macho, loud, cocky and brusk manner. He talks more than listens and has the touch of a butcher with a meat cleaver. Rough, rushed and painful. Plus there’s virtually no privacy. Everyone can see everyone else’s therapy. Entrusting someone with my pain and physical therapy is a personal, delicate matter. I prefer therapists who treat it and me with more precision and finesse. Not recommended, unless you’re a loud, like-it-rough, showy dude.

It’s been 1 year since I completed my physical therapy at OSPT. When I started, I had just had repair surgery for a tear in my knee and could barely walk. When I went in to OSPT for my evaluation, I could tell right away Rich was on top of his game, and I felt much relief because I knew he would do a great job, and he did! I really appreciated his expertise. I also liked that the other patients all did their therapy in the same room. The recovery process initially was miserable for me and I was so unhappy at the thought of surgery & therapy. I just wanted to be back to normal. It was very motivating to have the other patients working at the same time as me. I actually looked forward to my physical therapy sessions because I had fun! I am used to exercising and training like an athlete, and since going to Rich, I am now able to function as if I never had my surgery! I have full range of motion and strength. Also, recently my dad had a hip replacement and has been seeing Bob, who is excellent as well. I’m impressed at his recovery! I love OSPT, the staff is great, they cater to all ages, and would recommend it to anyone!

Please, do not even contemplate this place for your physical therapy needs. This is nothing more than a gristmill. They do not keep their appointments on time and they obviously double up on patients. There is little one on one interaction with the therapists. The only interest of this facility is to get as many people crammed into its small, poorly equipped and shabby building in order to make the most of insurance payments. Take the time to find a place that will offer you the best service. Not OSPT. In particular, Rich is condescending and rude. Cannot comment on the other therapists but none seem aware of their surroundings and clients. Privacy for clients is of little concern. Nearly all can see and hear others therapy concerns.

This is a Physical Therapy practice that puts customer Service above everything else. I was suffering with situational vertigo for 2 days and had to have a medical procedure done the next day where I was going to have to lay with my head to the side for 2 hours without the ability to move. Rich told me to come down for a 15 minute consult… during which he not only determined what was wrong and what he could do for me… but ALSO gave me a treatment that took care of the vertigo enough that I was able to get through my procedure — all for free! I then signed up for several more treatments with him. He remembered me each time along with why he was treating me(without looking at his notes) AND what was going on in my life from our previous conversations. I HIGHLY recommend this P/T practice as they are not only skilled professionals but they are caring individuals who treat their customers well instead of «one of many».
