I went with some friends and had a lovely pedicure. The staff was nice and gentle. I’d go back for sure.

Expected it to be pricey… but they didn’t care about the quality and cut corners. No foot/leg massage during pedi and barely use the solid sponge to get the rough spots off your feet. Mani polish job was quick and doesn’t cover the nail and goes over onto my fingers. All about speed and customer turnover.

This was the best gel manicure I’ve ever had and well priced($ 30). I’ve had it for 2 weeks now and barely a single scratch or crack to them! The technician took her time, was very friendly, and did a terrific job! Went here on a whim, got in right away, and definitely will go back!

I come to Lovely Nails regularly and am so happy they are here. They have generous hours, competitive pricing and they always greet you with a smile. I used to get regular manicures but switched to gel manicures which last me a month. The place is clean and centrally located in Harwich. I give them my highest recommendation.

Talk about a «Cattle Call». On one hand, it’s great that a small business is so busy, BUT, they turned my toes out in about 10-minutes, and I was less than impressed. My toe nails are now uneven(some rounded, some squared off), and a second coat should have been applied, etc. There was nothing personalized or relaxing about this experience. And, their heat drying lamps did not even work! Myself, along with a few other women repeatedly tried to ask someone about the lamps, and we were all ignored. $ 30 + tip later, and, no «thank you» by the staff member to boot! Do not recommend by any means. Seriously, look elsewhere. What a disappointment to say the least!

I would have rated Lovely Nails 0 stars if possible. I have gone to lovely nails several times out of desperation as there are few salons in harwich — each time I hope will be better than the previous, however that fails to be the case. Most recently, I had a gel manicure that started to crack — I went into Lovely Nails to get an additional top coat that I hope would increase the lifespan of my manicure. On the bright side, the salon was fairy empty(most harwich women must know better than to frequent here) and they took me for my top coat right away. At most salons I’ve gone to, technicians are more than willing to help out in this scenario and are very helpful on providing a quick fix. Here, the top coat was applied, placed under the UV light for less than 5 seconds(hardly ample time to harden) I was ushered out of the chair and then charged a whopping $ 10. When I questioned this absorbed amount for what is usually a complimentary service, I was rudely told this is what they charge and to «just leave». Needless to say, I’m done giving Lovely Nails second chances. Lovely Nails is anything but.

Always a pleasure — pedicures and manicures last a long time. Tammy is a sweetheart and does a beautiful job.

I called to ask how much a pedi and a gel mani cost and was quoted around $ 50 so when I went for my appt and went to pay and was told it was $ 80 I was obviously a little taken a back(I had never been to a place where they did gel on your toes as well) Then when I took out my debit/credit card I was told they only took cash or check, which is NOT what is posted on here. For $ 80 I would have expected top notch pampering. I don’t know if the woman doing my toes was distracted but she was literally filing the skin on my toes and also filed the nails crooked I noticed after I left. I have gotten MANY manicures and I have always gotten moisturizer rubbed into my hands at some point. I had to ASK if I could put some lotion on hands when she said I was done since my hands were so dry.

This place was terrible. First off, the massage chairs that you sit in for a pedicure did not work. One of the chairs had blue tape wrapped around the control with visible loose wires hanging out… NOT so safe when you’re feet are sitting in a tub of water. Secondly, they did not scrub your feet to like the other places I have been to; for me this is one of the main reasons for getting a pedicure. Thirdly, they seemed to be rushing while new customers came in the door which made me very anxious and led me to not enjoy the experience. Lastly, I JUST returned from there and my nails have so many smudges it looks like a 5 year old did it. I will not be returning.

I’ve been here a few times for mani/pedis. It is always clean and the people who work there are friendly. I never make an appointment and usually walk in with no problem.

Cookie & Peter have been doing my nails for years. That’s why when they left the place I used to go I followed them here when they opened up Lovely Nails II. They do a great job and always take me as a walk in because I never remember to make an appointment. It’s not a hoity toity spa, they do a great job quickly and at a good price.

Since moving to Harwich 18 months ago, I have tried three local nail salons. This one is clearly the best — not posh, but pleasant and friendly, and Cookie and Peter and their staff get the job done well.
