Definitely recommend for any vacationers or townies for a relaxing massage. Besides being a little outdated, the spa is very pleasant and clean. The private massage rooms feature heated tables(ahhh…) and are tidy and well kept. Janelle gave me a fantastic Swedish massage, without any of the discomfort that I have had in previous massages(pulling skin too much, hitting all the tickish spots on my feet). I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. I like this homey little place! Will definitely drop by again the next time I am on the Cape and in need of some relaxation!

My friends and I called last minute to try and get a massage and Janelle was as accommodating as possible and was able to get us back to back ½ hour treatments. We wished it was longer, but Dara was fantastic. Two of us would relax in the living room, while one other was having their massage. Laid back, cozy and highly recommend it.

My sister and I discovered this hidden jewel and it was the perfect addition to our fall weekend down the cape. Jessie and Abby made us feel like royalty! Relaxing and worth every penny. A great spa.

On my vacation in August 2010, I woke up one day and had just slept wrong so I had awful neck and head tension. Who wants that while on vacation? So I pulled out one of the million Cape Cod tourist books lying around the house and in combination with the internet found that Sol Spa offered a «Spot Me» treatment. This was perfect, since I needed a treatment isolated to just my head and neck. Enter, Nina. She said I came to the right spot, she has many clients who suffered from migraines until she started working on them. Nina was amazing — no more tension whatsoever and my neck and head never felt better! I felt the benefits of her work for about 2 weeks afterwards and if I ever felt that bad again I wouldn’t hesitate to drive there from Boston for a quick visit! Aside from this, the place itself was really cute and cozy and the prices were reasonable.

I treated myself and my mother to a massage at Sol Spa last week. Because of their Springtime Stimulus special, I got a great deal. And even though I paid half-price, I got a top-quality massage. Complimentary herbal tea, beautiful music, a cozy, warm table, and a selection of massage oil scents to choose from put this place ahead of its league. Ask for Angelina or Jannell.

I had a deluxe pedicure and massage here during the summer of 2006 so i am not sure if they are still even open. They are located in a shopping center with a great gourmet market in it — which is where they ordered me my wrap for lunch.(I spent a good 3 hours there.) The massage was 4 stars and I would have given the pedicure 4 ot even 5 but — and I hate to tell you this — I contracted a foot fungus and I am 99% sure it was from here. Which I find hard to believe because the place was squeaky clean and the nail tech used all disinfected implements. But, alas, I did get a fungus. Thus — I would never get a pedi here again and gave them 3 stars. The owner, a single mom. was really nice and the massage therapist was a doll.
