Our furnace went out over the weekend during the blizzard, we made a few calls and they were the only ones that called back willingly to make the trek out in the nasty conditions to fix it. Others called back and said, «no one is going to come out tonight.» Not true. Harwichport did! Thank you so much for saving us and keeping us warm through the night!

came highly recommended but unfortunately fell far too short on customer service. lack of communication during a difficult process while suffering a serious health issue. subsequent follow up came with major attitude. a later service call was forgotten which almost created another freeze situation and we were blamed! not a single apology when asked to address all the issues. just wanted their money & then out. will not ever use again or recommend. hopefully the equipment they installed at a premium will hold up better than the service did.

One of the most important (and sometimes frustrating) aspects of homeownership is knowing who to call — either with a problem or for maintenance. I am so relieved that we discovered the people at Harwich Port Heating & Cooling! From the people in the office to the electricians, plumbers, and HVAC guys, they were on-​time, efficient, knowledgeable, organized and helpful. I could not have asked for more. (They even came by after they finished the job to clean the floor.) I wholeheartedly recommend HH&C.
