I stopped in with my sister and daughter. I loved the atmosphere and décor. I received a «happy feet pedi» and a refill on my nails. I must say that I was dissatisfied with my pedicure. My nails are tolerable. My sister said she’d be back (hard to mess up «natural“nails) my daughter (6yrs)was happy to get anything. In all, it wasn’t worth $ 130 for a pedi, refill, and a kids polish.

Omg! This place was absolutely amazing! I decided to give this place a try, because my usual nail salon is closed on sundays. So, this is perfect that they are opened on Sundays. I’m very particular, about where i go & who does my nails. This place has set the bat high and has exceeded my expectations. I’m goad that i gave it a try. I will definitely be back. They provide % customer satisfaction. All the staff are professional & accommodating to your needs. It was my first time patronizing & boy was i in for a surprise. I love the fact, that i received a full hand & foot massage before my actual service even started. I forgot to mention, the complimentary glass of wine. Following, my manicure & pedicure services. It was a very calming & relaxing environment. They make sure you are relaxed & comfortable. The services were A1. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to give them a try. I am thoroughly satisfied with the services i received today from kathy &thao. Thank you ladies! Great job

Super service with great gel nails. The manager, Kim, had staff out for the holidays, and found another spa that could fill my services (brazillian) whole I got my mani. The definition of 5-​star service

I stopped in last Tuesday for a pedicure. I chose the Pedi-​Flex with Michael and it was to die for. This is the only pedicure I’ve had where 1) I was able to completely disconnect and put my cell phone down and 2) relax enough to close my eyes.
I decided to add a simple mani and as I type a full week later only now is my polish beginning to chip. No gel or special anything, just regular OPI shade. This is something unheard of in my experience. I usually see chipping after 2 days.
I highly recommend this place. Treat yourself and ask for Michael or Gina whr you reserve a massage. Both are gifted with their hands.
The location is very clean, calm environment. I arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and had no appointment. I was able to get right in.

This place is smoke and mirrors with TERRIBLE customer service!!! So pluses, their facility is beautiful and clean, they use an autoclave religiously and have separate little nail packs they give you at each visit (I’ve been 3 – 4 times), their mani/​pedis are subpar, rushed and sometimes the polish is uneven and sloppily done. Expect them to talk to each other in their native tongue and not really interact with clients at all. They even have a cocktail bar so I guess they want you buzzed to overlook the shoddy job they are doing. I’ve been left at the counter while asking about color selections without so much as a ‘I’ll be right back to you’. Their communication and service is terrible, but the place is so pretty! I wish their service reflected the great job they’ve done with visual aesthetics. I won’t be back again.

I went in for the first time yesterday afternoon without an appointment. They were able to take care of me as soon as I entered even though there were already a small dozen of people.
I was offered a bottle of water and the man that did my nails did a great job and was very meticulous.
The place is huge and bright. Quite relaxing, too, and it feels princess-​like with those big deep red curtains separating the different pedicure chairs.
I will probably go back there as it is close to my home and the only nail salon of the kind on the westbank!

I saw that this place opened a few months ago — so I thought that I would give it a try today. I got the basic mani and the pedi with the hand, arm, leg and foot massage. A licensed massage therapist performed the massage for 20 minutes — as far as massages go, I would rate it a 7 out of 10. She was a little distracted while performing the service. Then the ladies started with the mani and pedi. Both services were excellent. I really like their pedi chairs. They are much more comfortable than the ones that most salons have. The bill came to $ 65.00 which is more money than I am used to spending at a nail salon. I will probably go back again — although I don’t know if the entire experience on a personal level was worth paying more money than I usually do.

The more I go, the less I like it. My first visit was great. I had a wonderful massage and pedicure. Second visit, ok, but not as lovely as the first. This last visit was not a particularly relaxing, worthwhile experience.
When I arrived, I was told that my favorite service (Bliss) was no longer available. They could only do arm, hands, leg and feet… no scalp/​shoulder message. Bliss is what I came for.
They were backed up and I could not receive my message before pedicure. When I eventually got my message, the technician was not warm or friendly.
Not sure I will return. No for sure, I will not return to this location. I am told they are opening a new location on St. Charles Ave. We’ll see!

The atmosphere is very «spa like». There isn’t the regular hustle and bustle like most nail places. When receiving a pedicure, you get a 25 minute massage as well. My LMT was Bree and she was really sweet with a firm but soothing touch. My manicurist was Le, she was quiet. The language barrier was annoying. During both my mani and pedi I started to feel as if she wasn’t sure of what she was doing, or that maybe she was new but to my pleasant surprise it honestly didn’t matter. My nails look great! Only issue I would have that would make me change my opinion would be if my polish chipped too soon.
I’d love to know if their manicurists are performing waxing services being that it is a service they offer. I over heard an employee telling another client that their Estheticians only work Friday’s thru Sunday’s. If that’s the case, who are the licensed individuals waxing Monday’s thru Thursday’s!!!

After what appeared to be a bait and switch situation on Sunday, I called the corporate office and left a message. My call was returned on Tuesday, and Mary in the corporate office offered me a complimentary pedicure service that I accepted and received today (Thursday). Mary explained that the manager was incorrect and the deal should have been valid when it was presented on Sunday. THE FIRST TIME CUSTOMER PROMOTION IS INDEED GOOD ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.
So here is my update:
I thoroughly enjoyed my Happy Feet service which consisted of a massage by Diana first and then was followed by a pedicure from Natalie. All staff were professional, attentive, and seemed committed to make sure I had a good experience. Their efforts were successful and I left feeling very relaxed and happy with the services that were provided. I would definitely return and am even considering the membership. Although my first experience was an inconvenience, I am satisfied with their willingness to make it right. For this reason, I have updated to a 5 star rating.

Honestly the best pedicure in my entire life. They had a first time customer special for $ 29.00 normally $ 45.00. It included a 25 minute scalp, neck, shoulder, and reflexology foot message by a licensed massage therapist. I would pay $ 45.00 for the amazing service I received. I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest little girl and my masseuse was AMAZING! I will be back.

Amazing zen atmosphere. One of a kind and modern nail bars in Louisiana! Friendly & attentive staff. I recommend a must see!
