This place was a fabulous bachelorette stop! (First things first, the address on Unilocal is incorrect. The correct address is 2731 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA). It was about a 20 minute cab ride from the French Quarter. We went to the 7:30pm Saturday night show, and had a blast. The male dancers are extremely attractive, talented, and very good at what they do. Our group of 8 girls had a great time, and I got plenty of special attention as the bride to be! It was well worth the $ 20/person cover. The drinks were lacking(they had no soda water for a vodka soda, no wine, and no Diet Coke for a rum and diet)…but obviously, we didn’t come for the drinks.

Also known as Joey’s cabaret. Eloise will take your reservations and collect cash from you at the door. If you’re here for a bachelorette party, she’s also the person who bakes all the«special» cakes. She’s also more than ¾ of a century young. I had low expectations since I’ve been to thunder down under a few years back and wasn’t impressed. But here, everyone has a front row seat and everyone gets attention from the dancers. To sum it up, it was so much fun. I’m definitely squeamish so I kept my distance but I can’t say the same for all the other ladies in the crowd. Each of the dancers possesses a distinct charm, including the owner and announcer Joey, who used to be a dancer himself. My complaints? No bottle service– we may look small but we can put away our liquor… no day glo test tubes for us! Hard to get a cab. We were so used to being able to flag down cabs everywhere we would forget to call in advance, and for some reason no cab companies would pick up our calls at the time. Also, none of our New York cards would go through, thankfully we had cash on hand to pay for drinks.

Went to go see an LA Hardbodies show for a bachelorette party(at Kitten’s on the Wank). It was actually really fun! It’s super-awkward when you first get there. The place seems really sketchy, you have a really nervous waiter and the drinks are terrible. Things just go downhill when you see the ladies room! However once the«show» starts it gets so fun! The guys actually are good at stripping/dancing, and are very strong. The guy who was our waiter was super-awkward at first but loosened up once he was on stage. I liked the«surfer» guy, he was fun. The third was really strong — he did all these crazy one-handed pushups, pushup-handstands, etc. I didn’t expect to get«into» the show, but it’s hard not to! You just go with the crowd and throw dollar bllls at the guys(or however you want to give them the money!). If you have a bachelorettte/birthday girl, you can pre-order a couple of «extras»(no no, not the champagne room). I wouldn’t go there regularly, but it’s definitely fun for a special occasion. Bring a lot of $ 1 bills and be prepared for a good time!
