Back in the day before I had my own washing devices, I was a wandering laundromat soul. So much so that I ended up here a few times.
The machines are old, most are broken. There is a manager on duty all the time its open.
They can wash and fold if you want.
The place is old and dingy. There is dirty kids running around. Its close to sketchy apartments. Its close to some of my most visited shipyards so I was able to double dip and handle a load and work at same time.

I have been using the «Wash & Fold» service here for about 5 years. The service has been great, the place is very clean, and they do a great job with my laundry. It’s cash only, $ 1 per pound as of December 2014, $ 10 minimum. They will do my blankets and comforters for an extra charge (usually $ 10 per blanket) since these require an extra machine run. I usually drop off laundry during the week when they open at 8 AM and pick it up on my way home after 5 PM. They are open until 8 PM. Very friendly people.
