We walked in here while waiting for tacos across the street and wanting something sweet to bring home. We were expecting what we saw and were blown away with the selection. Very untraditional setup but it works well. You get a tray and tongs and put whatever you want on the tray. Bring it up to the counter and she bags everything up. There are racks of baked good(breads, pastries, cookies) and other baked goods in the glass cabinets lining the walls. I got a chocolate cupcake type thing with a white cream in the middle, a huge croissant, a cheese arepa, and a vanilla custard pastry to bring home. It all came out to $ 3 and some change. The cupcake thing was pretty good but I am not a huge chocolate fan. The croissant was delicious. Big and buttery and soft… yum! I haven’t eaten the other items yet but I can’t wait to go back for more croissants!!! I must stop if in Harvard. This is a Spanish bakery but employee spoke good English and is helpful in telling you anything you want to know about the food.
