Ordered a chicken Caesar bagged lettuce and cold precooked chicken. The dressing was from Walmart what a joke!!!

After eating right for months and months, I was REALLY looking forward to a treat, and my friend said the harvard rosatis«really was not all that bad anymore». So I gave it a shot. I ordered a chicago style pizza, excitedly grabbed a piece, and it fell apart. The ENTIREPIZZA was raw dough. I’ll NEVER go back. If I wanted to continue as a customer, I would have brought it back. That’s not the case. I ended up cooking it for another 30 mins and it was edible. You had one job. Cook the pizza. YOUARENOTPAPAMURPHYS. What was I thinking?

I think this Rosati’s is fine. I go here on a semi-regular basis, maybe 3 or 4 times a month. The pizza is consistently good, whether it’s a full pizza that I carry out in the evening or the individual slices I buy at midday during the week. Every interaction with every worker is pleasant. They smile, say thank you, even joke around because they know me as a regular.

Since new management took over the place has gone downhill! Save your money. Rude staff and food is over priced for the quality.

Unbelievable! As I had an issue some months ago with this Rosati’s, I thought it could have been my fault or the staff was having a bad day. It wasn’t until I checked the Unilocal reviews and saw Daniel F.‘s review that changed my mind. So, here’s what happened to me. I ordered by phone a medium Traditional Thin Crust with Pepperoni for carry out. The cost should have been $ 13.60 plus tax. Well, it was over $ 16 plus tax. Having ordered the same pizza at other Rosati’s locations, I politely requested that they recheck the bill. The person waiting on me couldn’t have been more rude. His basic response(I’m cleaning it up a little) was take it or leave it. Well, not wanting a confrontation with his obviously negative and belligerent attitude and since i was being financially«horn-swaggled», I left it. The Harvard store is a train wreck for customer service. If Rosati’s corporate management can’t get this location under control, this store needs to be put out of its misery by closing down. The City of Harvard does not need a business being conducted this way. Makes the City look bad. On the way home, I ordered one from another Rosati’s just a bit out of the way but close enough to home and at the right price. No problem when I picked it up. Hmmm…

This place is horrible!!! Unless you are picking your pizza up and not having any interaction with the staff. They are incredibly inept, Rude and just plain stupid. Pizza is so so. Not worth the hassle
