The Pierogi Lady

So far the best pierogis around!!!
I had the mushroom & potato bacon & cheese. Both were excellent, lots of filling stuffed in them.

Lent Review
We came across The Pierogi Lady at the Hudson Farmer’s Market in 2010 and have enjoyed her products all over the area. From the Mini Buffalo Chicken Pierogi at Hudson’s Restaurant to the frozen stash at either Mustard Seed or Our Daily Bread there are a plethora of places to get a fix without making a treck to Hartville
Since the weather was clear and dry we decided to hoof it for a restock the last Friday or so of Lent. Apricot… Yam and Walnut… and Potato Cheddar started our bag… and then we couldn’t resist the Cheese Burger or a pint of Italian Wedding Soup to round out the sack of frozen joy.
All Pierogies are cooked and frozen in plastic trays that stack neatly in our freezer waiting to be a quick weekday dinner or amazing apricot dessert!
She posts flavors and special events on her Facebook page and uses an ap where you can even place orders and pay when you get out there or pick them up at the closest farmer’s market.
Can’t wait for summer and the wonderful gazpacho and a plate of pierogi and onions at the farmer’s market!
