Safevieh has a good selection of product. I do not love the general selection they have on the floor, but they are one of the few furniture stores in the area that carries a variety of moderate to upscale lines, and they can order anything for you. Prices are no cheaper or more expensive than others in the area quote for the same furniture. I have custom ordered furniture from there with no issues at all.
That said, this is not a great place to shop. The service is really lacking. Depending on the day, sales staff will either glom onto you even when you tell them you are just looking or disappear totally (usually when you need some help). A few of the sales people are downright nasty. For that reason, I generally buy my furniture elsewhere.

Safavieh has some great stuff for the home, but they are also one of the priciest furniture options in Westchester. That aside, I find that this branch is one of the best places to get home furnishings, because they have pieces that are both unique and well crafted.
I’d definitely recommend these guys over their local competitors at Pier 1, Ethan Allen, and Montaage any day of the week. Just be sure to buy during one of their 25% off sales!
