If I could put zero stars I would. You cannot pick and choose which customers you would like to serve. Management needs to be changed and the employees need to take a lesson in customer service.

Yep 6 months later this is the slowest ever. I know if says hiring so I get it they need people but they are in serious need

Food is fine but the service is the absolute slowest I have ever seen. If you are in the drive-​thru it will seriously be 5 – 10 minutes per car in front of you. I have spent over 30 minutes in line. I miss the old Hartland Taco Bell.

This review is based on two visits. This is a brand new location.
Pros: food is mostly good for a Taco Bell.
Cons: drive thru takes FOREVER; every table in the place is dirty, no one cleaning them; its in disrepair already — broken lampshades and holes in the walls/​furniture; uncooked rice in the food.
You need to exit M59 at the light between Big Boy and Taco Bell to get in. There is no other entrance. Overall, it’s much nicer than the location that used to be in the gas station across the street.
