if there were a minus I would give it to them. If you have time and money to waste — this is the place Their tech’s are not formally trained. They just pick it up. Five trips and they finally got it fixed. AVOIDTHISPLACELIKETHEPLAGUE Over $ 2,000 and the icemaker still doesn’t work — they don’t do plumbing. They charged the fridge as a courtesy. They did credit me $ 30 for spoiled food — when in actuality it was probably closer to $ 300

We had a very bad experience working with them. The communication was very poor and the timeliness of getting the repaid done was terrible. I would not recommend these guys for repair work.

If I could give a lower review, I would. I rarely write reviews about companies, but people need to know to stay away from this place. They came to fix an appliance of mine and had to order a «special» part. The part took far longer to get to them than they said it would. I had to reach out to them by calling numerous times to schedule the repair. I spent over $ 300 and the problem was not resolved. I called to have them come back to look at it and apparently there was an electrical problem. The technician was here two times before he noticed it. That part was ordered and again I had to call them to ask if the part was ready to be installed. The customer service reps that answer the phones are very unfriendly and not particularly helpful. Avoid this company.
