Belle Tire

Yet again Belle Tire Hartland came through with friendly service, knowledgeable staff and best prices! Salesperson took time to listen to my needs and offered multiple choices for satisfying those. They were genuinely concerned about me getting what I wanted at a price I can afford and were able to get me in immediately (without an appointment) for the tires. Vehicle was ready as promised. What more could you ask for? The manager, Todd, runs the business well and his entire staff seems to be as customer-​focused as he is.

I have gone here three times with a mind set of get ready to cut your arm and leg off. However every time I have been surprised with great service and people who love their job. Manager Robert Bickle went way out of his way to help me out and I thank them for such professionalism.

Thanks to Timothy A. Gorton and crew for the great quick service. He did not over sell or push any purchases. He treated me with respect. He saved our day and the start of our trip. I would definitely recommend using this Belle Tire to anyone.

Been going here for years, had work done on multiple cars. I’ve always had great service! They don’t try to sell me crap I don’t need, and if I ever ran into a problem with their work, it was fixed free of cost. Love their warranties on their alignments, really comes in handy with these terrible Michigan roads!

It was about 6:30 PM Friday, October 4, 2014 and three of us were heading for Standish, Michigan. My neighbor had noticed that my right rear tire had a baseball sized bulge on the sidewall. He said there was a Belle Tire dealer just a few miles from where we were on Highland road near US23. We pulled in as all doors were open and were elated since we really needed to get to Standish.
I would have paid whatever price for a tire and I’m sure it would not have taken them very long to help us out, They did have the tire I needed but were not willing to take the additional few minutes to mount a new tire on the wheel for us. It would have made our week end. We took a chance and made the round trip to Standish and back praying the tire would hold up and it did. I will be heading to Discount tire on Monday, October 6 to purchase not one, but four new tires. My neighbor tells me they will go out of their way to help folks and related several incidents that he and other friends have had with problems over the years. All I can say is, Belle Tire is out and Discount Tire is in.

I have been taking my car here for three years. I have replaced tires, brakes, oil changes and some other minor stuff. The guys are always polite, and easy to work with. No hype around up selling you all sorts of crap you don’t need. I took my car in for new brakes. Once they started, they called me and told me I didn’t need new brakes. When does that happen? I was sold from that day on.

First and last time coming to the Belle Tire in Hartland, mi! The customer service from management is subpar and they don’t pay attention to detail! I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and the mucked that up so I had to bring it back! I noticed when I first got there a women came in the waiting area and told her husband they would never come back I should have known then but I do now!
