The Maids

I don’t think not, I KNOW not. Good thing I had a certificate to use, but it’s too bad that we didn’t make the best use of it overall. Certificate had a whole long list of services they supposedly offer but yet led us to believe as far as the wording that it would all or most of it be included in the cleaning and thus covered by the certificate. They didn’t explain things fully, and they zapped us with a bill for overage when they brought four people in while we were at work to clean for 45 minutes so they could at least do whatever the certificate would cover. CSR had nerve to tell my husband he ought to have been here to supervise their cleaning and show them what to do when he himself talked ahead of time with the woman who was in charge of the actual cleaning. Tried to contest that bill and they got into a shouting match, my husband and the CSR, during which time she eventually hung up on him.
