I came here for a Zumba class last night, and I am totally feeling it today!
I’d say the 6pm Zumba is a beginner-​level class, though if you have lots of Zumba experience, you’ll already know how to step it up.
A lot of the people there are obviously regulars, as they sung along to many of the songs.
The main instructor, Janet, was all smiles and very good at directing people subtly in terms of the direction to turn, number of steps to take, etc.
The space inside is very bright and includes personal cubbies and a full wall of mirrors.
This studio offers other types of exercise classes, as well, which I’ll have to try!
Only $ 5 for drop in!
