I came here on 6÷6÷09, it was my first time at a drive in theater. Service was ok, you have to have your radio on a certain station to hear sound as you watch the movie on the big screen. On that night they showed 2 movies, The Hangover and Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. Overall it was a good experience.

This was my first drive in movie experience, and it was great. This was exactly what I was expecting. It is$ 15 per car and they play 2 movies. The movies start after dark, so it can be very late.(The first movie started a little after 10pm on Friday when I was there). They do not allow any outside food or drinks. The concession stand has a decent amount of options, and they are not overly marked up prices. The theater has a playground in the front to entertain the kids before the movie starts.(I thought this was brilliant). Everyone was so nice, and we were given a good suggestion for where to view the movie from. I thought it was great!

I never go here as often as I should, because it’s a lot of fun. Especially since it’s not a common experience! It’s inexpensive, and a one of a kind evening. The movies do run late, since they don’t start until dark, but if you’re willing to be up late, then it’s an awesome place to go. Definitely bring outdoor seating and a radio. And watch the weather, make sure it isn’t raining!

Oh my goodness! How classic is a drive in movie theater? I love this place. Perhaps it not the best place to see a summer blockbuster, but the overall quality of the experience makes up for it. It’s super cheap, about $ 10 per car load, so stuff some friends in the trunk. The price includes a double feature which starts as soon as the sun goes down. Viewing quality is not the greatest, neither is the temperature control(you’re outside, what do you expect). I recommend bringing a law chair and blanket and maybe a radio as the sound is broadcast over AM. The introduction reel is totally vintage and maybe if you’re lucky Bobby will as you to go steady in the back seat of his Thunderbird. Oh yes, and don’t forget the insane awesomeness of mullet watching. This place is prize mullet hunting territory.
