Lamp in my Samsung DLP went out on New Year’s Day. Called Steve two days later and told him what I thought issue was. He gave me price for service call and price of item and came out same day. TV repaired and working as expected. Would use again.

Don’t give Steve your business without further investigation. He came to my house 3 times. He never fixed my TV but charged me more than $ 400. I decided to cut my losses when he started talking about installing used parts in my projection TV. He never listened when I described the symptoms just kept installing(and charging me for) parts that didn’t help. In the end he promised me a partial refund but, surprise, I never saw a check.
