I went through the drive thru at 11:45 and no one was there to take my order so I went inside and there was drinks spilt on the ground, waited at the register for minutes before the lady rudely said she wouldn’t take my order but I could go to the drive thru. I told her no one is there and she rolled her eyes and pointed to another lady and said she is taking orders right now. so we left, went back through the drive thru, started to order, and she told us they were closing for 30 minutes. k. thanks. bye.

This McDonald’s is horrendous. Terribly managed, rude, poorly trained employees. It takes 3 times longer than it should for anything off the menu. Why does corporate McDonald’s allow a franchise to run this way?

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever! Try not to come here because I wait 5 to 0 minutes in the drive thru just for coffee! Zero stars!

This is the first McD that I ever encounter. It doesn’t open at 6.00 am even though they say so and have no idea the exact time they are ready to be open. The 24hrs is just for drive thru. Most people just go to BK that already open across the street.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life! 24 hour McDonald’s and cash only cause they feel like it? There is a line of cars behind me and no one inside but yet it takes 20 to take an order? Just ridiculous!

let’ go in on McDonald’s sausage egg mcmuffin. when done right at any McDonald’s its a breakfast delight. I like mine with the egg under done you have to request that. The best mc muffins are the ones first thing in the morning. The egg Mc muffin could use an upgrade, I would like food them to try a maple sausage patty, or maybe a smoked patty, or maybe a new cheese something smoky. mmmmmmmm so McDonald’s lets look into a change, in the patty of the mc muffin.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I was there today at about 2 pm. No customers were in the place and one person was in line ahead of me. It took over 10 minutes for my order to come through — no special order at all — just right off the menu. The cashiers could not figure out which food went to which customer. And a 10 minute wait with 4 people in the grill area and not that many people going through drive-​thru.
The hamburgers tasted rancid. I would have been better off driving to Brainard Road for McDonalds. Awful !!

Worst McDonalds EVER! PERIOD!
Unfortunately, I work across from this particular and it’s the only cheap place for lunch within walking distance beside the Burger King.
…Orders are always given to customers wrong
…service is super slow
…ALL employees especially the women look like they hate their jobs and take it out on customers sometimes
