I don’t know if I just visited on a good day at a good time, but this is seriously the best Dunkin I have been to! Very friendly staff and the fastest service I have ever received. Only downside is that parking is terrible and there aren’t enough spots, but this is definitely due to the location and cannot really be helped.

Dunkin is Dunkin, if you like it the quality is generally consistent. They’re always pretty quick at this location, granted I’ve never been here first thing in the morn when people are cranky and desperate for coffee. Parking lot always seems packed, hard to get spot even though I don’t know where everyone is, because the restaurant is not as crowded as the lot. My last small complaint is that 3 creams seems to be less cream here than any other location. They are good about giving you more though if you catch it before you leave.

They have great days where service is superb and then other days where its subpar.
Being so close to the government facilities they tend to always have fresh product. But not enough people on a consistent basis. So waits can be long.
Parking is a big pain in the rear, not enough due to its location.
Also the fact that they are open 24 hours is good too, especially when doing inventory or late night working.

This morning I decided to indulge in a chocolate covered donut-something I rarely do. With great anticipation, I opened the bag to find my donut chocolate side down. Let’s just say it was a plain donut after I pulled it off the bottom of the bag.
Oh, and what happened to them putting a napkin in the bag? I hope the employee didn’t touch my donut with her bare hands!
