A brand new family owned and operated restaurant which specializes in Jamaican food. The owner and her daughter were extremely hospitable and warm. The jerk chicken was perfect in portion, flavor, and texture. The coco bread was large and sweet. I was very happy with it. Our party also ordered their fried chicken, oxtail and beef patty which was all perfectly executed to order. The plantains were dry and salted, they are not the sweet and candy-like plantains you may see at other island based establishments. The goat soup was very unique and flavorful. It was very gamey which I enjoyed but not everyone agreed. All the sides were flavorful, however were a bit dry. Not a deal breaker though! Overall, the price was great, the food was delicious and copious, and most importantly, the owner and her family were warm and welcoming. I would happily return. Do note, online and on Unilocal they are called Caribbean Delite, however their storefront is called Caribbean Delight.
