A Special Place

I called from California and spoke to the owner. I needed an arrangement for the next day. Sandy told me to look at Telaflora website and pick out want I wanted. I found an arrangement and called her back. I told her what colors I wanted. I asked if arrangement would be exactly like photo. «Yes» was her answer. She couldn’t give me a price but said she’d call the next day. The next day I called her to ask if arrangement had been delivered. That is when her assistant told me she had to change color of flowers. Also, they still didn’t have a total ! I don’t think Sandy knew my sister would be at that service. My sister calls to say arrangement was tiny. My mother called to say arrangement was so small. My sister sends photo and arrangement is petite.
I call Sandy and she tells me she used a smaller basket then one on Telaflora. It goes by the quality of flowers not size. She ended up giving me $ 15 dollars off total.

Sandi and her staff take your party’s needs seriously. She spends time coordinating and ordering the perfect flowers to match linens, rooms, season etc. Her attention to detail, creativity in flowers and vases etc is amazing! Each piece which she created for our recent event was spot on – just perfect. It was obvious how much time, effort and care was taken to choose just the correct color and flower for each type of arrangement! She is fair and reasonable in pricing too!

A Special Place recently did all the flowers for my wedding and they did the most fantastic job. They were a little disorganized, but they were so friendly, helpful, and talented. It was definitely worth it, and I would recommend it to a friend.
