Made an appointment a week ago and when they didn’t show up today I called. Was told that he really didn’t want my business because he didn’t like to work on Amana. There is a great business model??? PERHAPS YOU COULD HAVE SAID THAT WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE! WIll never recommend!

Tanner may do fine work for all we know … or not. We had a large remodeling job and we couldn’t even get them to care enough to quote it. They missed out. We used Village Plumber in Ludington and they’ve been great.

Tanner has been helping my family for over 30 years, they have always been total professionals with great technical knowledge, they have assisted us with easy issues as well as complex emergencies in the middle of the weekend. They don’t hesitate to go beyond the call of duty just to take care of their customer. They are the best– if someone had an issue with someone not showing up I’ll bet there was a communication breakdown that was not their fault.
