DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY. This company is completely irresponsible and pays no attention to detail. They consistently fail at doing their one job: to properly file a title and deed. Our Realtor used this company to close on a piece of property and not only did they have the wrong person sign the deed, but after realizing they made a mistake and trying to correct it, they had the wrong person sign the quick-​claim deed, which has resulted in another long delay in a closing process for our loan. So not only did they make a MAJOR mistake the first time, they made the SAME mistake the second time.
Clearly this title company does not pay attention to detail and does not care about their customers. I strongly advise against using this company. We have had an absolutely horrible experience with this company and are still waiting to have the problems they caused with our deed resolved. There are several other companies in the area, and we recommend using anyone but Oceana Land Title.
