2.5 stars really, but I’ll round down.
I stopped in here on a road trip back to NJ.
Look — this is a place aimed at drunk University kids who need grease and carbs to wash up the alcohol. I didn’t know this of course until I had the food. It’s good and greasy… but at 38… yeah, I kind of dont want the greasy part.
Service was lacking, but it could have been because it was thanksgiving weekend, and they weren’t expecting people. Still no excuse.
Oh — the cream/milk curdled in the coffee. I still drank it anyway.
Unless you’re drunk — there are other selections in walking range that I think would be a better selection.

This place was horrible. The appetizer took forever and then you could tell it was previously frozen. The nacho cheese sauce was goopy and the sandwiches had absolutely no taste. Not to mention the décor is horrible and the atmosphere is lacking in anything. I will not be returning again and wouldn’t be surprised if it closed soon like the restaurants that occupied the space previously.

Great place. Went with a small group on a Friday night recently around 9pm and was surprised to find it not busier. Good service, cheap beers, and great snacks. Free popcorn! I think this place will get busier when school is back in session and can’t wait to watch football there.

If you want to find a local spot that isn’t a cloud of smoke, that you don’t have to stand around stuffed in like sardines and has a friendly atmosphere and great food, you have found your spot. The prices of both the food and beverages are reasonable. The owners are often there to greet customers, the servers are friendly. Why wouldn’t you check out the corner and see what it’s all about?
