Last of a dying breed. An independent butcher shop that still focuses on quality product, good prices and serving the local community. We are always greeted with a smile, hello and an offer to help. Also, there is an entire section dedicated to Polyface farms(Joel Salatin) and their sustainable agriculture. This was our original draw to T&E but it is the quality meet and friendly service that keeps us coming back. I really like that I know who my money is supporting vs. buying meat at a supermarket. Count me as a regular.
