What happened to this place? I have visited this Sweet Frog location in the past, my kids loved it, and the yogurt tasted pretty good. I would have easily given it four stars a year ago. It was my son’s birthday, and his biggest wish was to go to Sweet Frog, so I agreed… but I was very disappointed. They had very unpleasant, loud music playing, and the yogurt tasted very watery/​grainy, and bland. The store was clean and looked nice, but we didn’t enjoy the yogurt & the music was this LOUD AWFUL psychedelic grunge rock stuff… or something like that. ;) I could barely have a conversation with my kids. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I love the Sweet Frog concept, but the quality of the yogurt has gone downhill. I would suggest adding the option of soft serve to the menu.

Midtown West, Manhattan, NY
Visiting Virginia and a love frozen yogurt with the family. This sweet yogurt place had cotton candy flavor and the cookies and cream flavor that were great. The toppings variety far exceeded my expectations. The people were very nice and pleasant. Great desert place after a nice hot chipotle burrito.
Must visit place if you are visiting Massanutten in Virginia.
