I used to get supplies from Roberts, and when I had my sleep doctor write me a new prescription for a newer machine, Roberts told me my claim was denied, and my insurance company told me they never filed! My sleep doc facility (RMH) won’t let me switch providers, so i’m stuck until I get a different doc! Roberts was great before they basically became an also-​ran thanks to the evil medical industry.

I needed a CPAP adapter — and the employee that helped me was pretty rude! I wanted to know if they might have it in stock and she stated that I would need to bring the entire CPAP in. I asked if I could give her the model number… I needed it today! Anyone with a CPAP knows a night without your machine is awful! She stated she couldn’t check, her system wouldn’t allow it. I find it incredibly odd that a company can’t check whether they have items in stock. I was so disappointed!
I visited their competitor — American Homepatient — right nearby and they had it in stock and were super nice.
