We were staying at Massanutten resort and my three year old fell and needed stitches. They were able to fix him right up with three staples and we were out of there in about an hour! The facility was clean, employees kind and helpful and the PA, Martha did an excellent job caring for my son! They even checked back in three days later to see how he was doing.

Love this establishment! Everyone is so friendly & accommodating. I was in & out in about an hour, & that says a lot especially being a new patient. Definitely will be returning when I’m not feeling well.

Dr. Fowler was arrogant, unprofessional, and made several comments that made me question his level of education. He questioned why I drink water — stating he had heard somewhere that it was good for your skin but he didn’t really understand why. When I asked if I should be receiving a topical antibiotic for my eye infection (because several of my friends had mentioned that’s what their children used), he asked me if I would jump off a bridge if my friends suggested it would help my eye. Avoid this place at all cost. He states that my infection is not contagious at all — even though he did no lab work and all other sources say that it is.

Was out if town and needed a quick stop to treat a ear infection on a Thursday am .i searched Unilocal and asked the management at the front desk which lead me to this choice. The facility is newer Clean treatment room and professional staff that listened, were thoughtful and attentive to my specific travel needs and concerns for follow up care total time from sign in triage exam by a PA with antibiotic treatment 1 hr with 4 other people in the waiting room

I called them 10 minutes before they closed with an order from my doctor with an injection (non-​narcotic) because I was in severe pain from traveling and my pain meds weren’t working and my back was inflamed. I have had 3 back surgeries. I let them know I was staying down the street and would be right there. They were out the door before they closed and just left and left me in pain. That’s awesome doctoring.

I have never used an Urgent Care facility before. When my wife woke up yesterday with the symptoms of her annual sinus infection she said she might need to go to the ER. I learned through my recent insurance renewal that many times an Urgent Care facility can cover what an ER would do, except at ¼ the cost to all involved.
Called the facility to make sure they were open (Sunday). Their hours are 9am to 9pm (their web site said they close at 5pm). We arrived and checked in and were triaged in less than 10 minutes. Doctor (PA) entered exam room as soon as we were moved there. I always try to attend things like this to ensure my wife gets perfect care as that is what I expect. I was completely pleased with 100% of this visit, hence the 5 stars.
We were in and out of there in less than 45 minutes (not likely at ANY ER) with the diagnosis we believed in and appropriate prescriptions in hand. The facility was clean, well decorated, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the PA was very good in her bedside manner.
I have nothing negative to report for our visit. I could not ask for a better experience, and I am not easy to please. I read the negative comments on here and understand every visit can go different than mine, but I am very happy with MedExpress and the care they gave my wife. I would not hesitate to go again if needed.

Came here for an eye injury. Very uncaring staff. They took 30 minutes to claim they couldn’t verify my insurance and forced me to pay out of pocket. I finally got to see the doctor an hour later (mind you, no one else was there besides myself) and the Doctor simply said I had to go to the emergency room. So I wasted two hours basically there and ended up $ 113 out of pocket. Funny the hospital didn’t have any problems verifying my insurance 15 minutes later. I can’t prove this place is scamming people out of pocket, but I would be very wary with this uncaring establishment.
