Rudest and most uncaring staff in the world! My fiancé proposed before Christmas, and was told when he bought the ring that if it needed resizing, it only ever takes about a week. We took it in to get it resized, waited over 30 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us, had a test ring slammed onto my finger by a very rude and cold woman, and was told I needed an 8 without confirming that it did fit or trying any other sizes, and then she told me three weeks. I tried to give the lady the box to put my ring back into, to protect it, and she handed it back to me, and dropped the ring into a plastic baggie, then into an envelope of everyone else’s jewelry. I don’t even know if I’m really getting my ring back. I’ll definately take it to a local jeweler to make sure the stones are the stones that my fiancé was told he purchased. I called a week later, just to check if by any miracle it really did only take a week, the way my fiancé was told it would when he purchased it. The rude man on the phone said, if you have the yellow slip, it tells you what day and hung up. I called today because it’s promised tomorrow, which should mean it’s in today’s shipment. The rude lady who answered said if it’s not promised today, then you’re not getting it today. The staff at this place is just unbelievable. So my ring came with a gift certificate to use January 4. At this point, I am so turned off by the staff and people at this location, I feel like I’m going to vomit when I think of going in there to shop. I wish I had known my fiancé was going to get a ring this year, I would have told him to go somewhere respectable and local, where the staff actually appreciates that you spent money with them and wants to earn your trust and respect. Kay Jewelers is the worst. We definitely won’t be getting our wedding bands from Kay.

First sign should have been when they took a ring out of the counter to send and have sized to be mine instead of ordering a brand new one sized correctly off the bat. Purchased«esp» extended service protection with my channel wedding band, which advertises free ring sizing, rhodium dipping, etc. when my ring arrived it was way too tight. Supposed to be 5.5 lady measured and said«tight but 5.5» I wore it for a day then returned to get resized. The girl wrote down the current size at 5.25…clearly the issue!!! The next day I receive w call saying that there would be a charge for resizing due to not purchasing the metal work plan, I had only purchased diamond protection. I said it wasn’t my fault 2 ppl read two different sizes. Needless to say I have now returned before the shipment came back. I do not want to ever purchase from a chain dealer again. Must be sent off for everything and who knows what kind of crap you’re getting! Shop local!

Great staff who is super fun and friendly. They get really excited for you and enjoy helping you make jewelry related life choices, such as getting an engagement ring or wedding bands. We went during their Columbus Day sale and were offered $ 1,600 off the engagement ring we(and by we I mean I) wanted and also earned a lot of in-store credit to discount our wedding bands and a watch my man wants. I would recommend working with Julie! She’s AWESOME. They have a great selection of certified stones.
