These guys are life savers. The technicians are friendly and all know what they’re doing. They where able to fix the charge port and the screen on my iPhone 5s with no problems, in less than a half hour!

Had a phone with a cracked screen but worked perfectly fine other wise. Took it to the kiosk in hburg and for about 130 $ they put a new screen on and I was happy. Well not long after my screen had flashing lines go across the screen so I emailed them right away. The lines would go away quickly so at the time I had no major concern but ifixt never replied to my email until 2 weeks later, after the warrenty. And they emailed me «has anyone helped you yet?» They didn’t even comment on what I asked. Well only 2 months pass and the display is going black randomly and is only usable half of the time. Knowing I have not dropped or had water damage in the past 2 months I took it back to ifixt for them to check out the screen. The guy said he will look at it free of charge so I figured why not he could only help the cause. NOT. as he was in there he actually broke something with the phone where it was black all the time! Then had the gull to say he would give us 25% off for him to fix his mistake. I thought this was a joke. Do not go to ifixt unless you want to waste over 100 $ for them to break your phone.
