The customer service is okay. No one was in line I showed up there were three people behind the counter. The man tells me he will be with me in just a second while he shuffles papers around for 5 minutes. Then a lady comes out from the back room and helps me. She was helpful packaging my item and printing out the shipping label. But next time I will try the UPS by the Starbucks.

The worker said he was busy and we should come back in half an hour. Told me he would charge us for stuff other fedexs don’t. Went back and the worker overcharged us. Also, he had an obvious preference for cash. I think this guy was trying to thieve.
