I really like urgent care centers because they’re quicker to get into than my regular physician for minor issues and/or to confirm that I really need to see a full-blown medical practitioner. My wife and I have used this one several times since moving to Harrisonburg in 2007, and every experience has been perfect. Yes, sometimes I’ve had to wait(never more than about 45 minutes) but usually I’m seen in about 15 minutes. Staff are polite and competent, answering all questions fully(and I tend to ask lots of detailed questions, being a retired pharmacist). Accept all or most insurance(we used BC/BS).

I am actually siting here right now and have been for almost 2 hours. Still no doctor has seen me. I got taken back to a doctors room an hour ago and had preliminary questions from what I’m guessing is a nurse, but even after all that wait, another nurse interrupts the very few questions she had for me to pull her outside to ask her about lunch orders. So this far I’ve been here for 2 hours and spoken to a nurse for 2 minutes. Not my first loooong wait experience here either. Very frustrating experience overall.

Quick service, friendly staff, can do x-rays onsite. Can’t complain. Some claim they don’t accept a lot of different insurances. They take mine(bcbs).
