Found the staff to be rude as well. Kept our dog there for a weekend and stopped by Sunday to see if I could pick him up, as we had family in town who wanted to see our pup. There were people in the buildlng when arrived so I knocked on the door. They ignored me, so I kept knocking. When she finally came to the door, she cracked it open and said, «We don’t do business on Sundays» and slammed the door in my face. It was really bizarre. It would have been fine if she had explained her reasoning. But, it made me very uncomfortable that she was so rude and I knew my dog would have to be there for another night. We haven’t been back since.

The staff are very apathetic in person and on the phone. We stopped by to look around before deciding to board our dog there or not. They said okay but then made us wait around 20 minutes and then said they wouldn’t be able to show us the inside because they «bring the dogs in from 10−3» (whatever that means) even though it was just after three. So strange! They refused to let us see where the dogs are kept and it was clear they did not care about having our business, so we just left and will not be boarding our dog there.
