This guy talks big, but produces little results. And even after failing he will tell you how great a job he did and hand you an outrageous bill.

I definitely would not recommend this firm to represent you or your client. And yes, I am speaking from experience as their personal client.
COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CLIENTS — POOR
TURN AROUND TIME — POOR (John’s assistant took a year to close a coop. does it normally take that long if you sell from one family member to another?)
PRICE — HIGH. if you request an itemized/​rundown of what service they are charging you, they give you a vague answer.
Overall, if you need an attorney to represent you for your closings and you require diligent, personalized, not overpriced, no stress service — I suggest Joseph Abinanti, Paul Amucci, Karl Finger, or Charles McBain… they treat their client with respect. Their communication is excellent and they understand your needs. (they represented my clients/​colleagues — great source!!)
