Don’t use this company. They are very nice to get your business. But they will ask you to pay them the deductible first which is not professional practice as a big corporation. If they have an issue with your home insurance company, they turn their face 180 degree, be mean, unbelievable to ask you to pay the balance immediately. I mean immediately is a second. They will send a guy to collect the «debt» at your home. They will not give you a chance to check your insurance
