M3H Nail Salon

This place used to be pretty and had good service but now it is run down and not worth it when there’s so many other nail salons nearby.
The staff screamed and spoke crudely while costumes were around, there was a toddler in the reception area (who cried and played and seemed to have nowhere else to stay) and no one took interest in making my pedi a relaxing experience.
The owner, or at least the one who looked in charge, is a foul mouth woman with zero costumer service. I saw her doing a mani while talking on the phone about her personal life, scream obscenities to the toddler and her staff.
The pedi itself was ok (hence the 2 starts) and the design came out pretty but not worth subjecting myself to this place. I will not be back.

I have been here several times, the owner sits in the front and her sister behind her, they do simple manicures nothing extravagant and yes they are overpriced for a simple manicure or even full set

Very horrible experience, the lady who did the manicure for me is very unprofessional, she is very careless and hurt my fingers (two fingers bleeding immediately), it’s very crazy, and she kept saying that’s because my fingers are too sensitive !(I believe even I have metal fingers I’ll still bleeding) And gave me very bad attitude, no apology at all. It’s the first time that I have to put antibiotic on my fingers after doing manicure.

Worst. manicure. ever. Terrible job on the polish and the hand maintenance. The polish didn’t cover my nails. Horrible cuticle trim, terrible filing. Waste of my money. I asked the girl to re file one of my nails as she did so poorly and she gave me this look as if I just asked her for a kidney… Never going back.

Pedicure was okay, but the lady smudged my toe and didn’t fix it, just tried to cover it up… Now there’s an ugly spot on it. I have had way better pedicures for the price they charge. Not very satisfied. Staff isn’t very social and they are a little rude. Chances are I won’t come back again.

Went just this past Monday with my friend that came from California for manicures. The mani itself was decent. But I was seriously overcharged according to the prices on the list. On top of that my friend left her phone at the manicurist’s station — she realized five minutes after we left. The phone was already shut off and salon claimed that they don’t remember us there. Mind you it was Monday morning, the salon was absolutely empty! There’s nothing worse than a deceiving untrustworthy staff. Never going back there again!

I get my manicures and pedicures here the girls are friendly and know their stuff. The space is clean hundreds of nail polishes (essie, OPI) to choose from, and the prices are reasonable.
