Who the hell owns this store? How often do they visit this store? It is filthy and the staff look and act like something I have only seen in Star Wars at the Mos Eisley Cantina. Food quality is near inedible and no care is taken in customer service. If you call a order in be prepared for them to act like is a chore with attitude and having to do a lot of ann-oun-cia-tion. I have had an easier time ordering Chinese Food from the lady with broken English down the way. Little Caesars is no longer the Corporation I remember working for in the 80’s. WTF Happened?

Worst pizza and customer service I ever experienced. Quality is beyond terrible. A child can cook a better pizza than their staff. Just terrible doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ll never go to this location again.

On Wednesday September 3rd I placed an order over the phone for the new pretzel pizza. Employee said be ready in 15 mins ok. I get to store location to get that pizza with a hot n ready. I am told that the pretzel pizza was accidently given away to another customer and another one would take 15 mins to make l said no and that l had kids in the car and needed to get home. The manager then did a good job of making me happy by giving me two bags of bread sticks, cookies for the kids AND a coupon for a free pretzel pizza that would expire in a week. PROBLEM2 I decided to use coupon this sunday night september 7th, I called the manager to make sure she knew my story and that a coupon was there for me with my name on it. Manager Sam said she would make me a fresh one and that it would be ready in 5 minutes. I got there in 10 minutes and guess what? MY pizza was given away to ANOTHER customer, TWICE in less than a week. After showing my displeasure manager Sam did nothing to keep me happy like the manager did on wednesday night. She just agreed with me and my angry explanations of what was going on wrong at that store«yes sir your right» is all she kept saying. Totally unacceptable way this store is being run.
