This place has repeatedly given me the short end of the stick even after moving out. When I got transferred for work I was not able to terminates lease, I paid for the 6 months I was no longer there and was told when I went to turn my keys in that they had lost my notice to terminate the lease and I would be required to pay another month, and utilities etc. After dealing with a leaking ceiling and leaving the place in new condition they still kept my security deposit. From the outside it looks really nice, be careful what you get yourself into though.
