Spoke with representative Melissa, who gave me an account price for a specific phone. Drove to store to find price given was not only incorrect, but wasn’t even in the ballpark. A flat apology was their response. This doesn’t cut it. Poor customer service all around. Take your business elsewhere, this is a waste of time.

I am reviewing the store only. I’ve been in a many a t-mobile stores and this one is about the same as any. I really try to avoid them at all costs; yes the majority of them do deserve 1 star. The reason I stopped in this one was because I needed a new charger for my phone and was tired of buying generic ones on ebay that fall apart after 2 months. I happened to see that they were having a half price sale on their accessories from the sign outside, so I stopped in… reluctantly. What should have been 10 minute stop in turned into a 45 minute waste of time. There were 2 customer service reps both handling customers which took an upwards of 20 each since I arrived, with 4 or 5 more customers waiting behind them. So I look around for these supposed«half-price» accessories and didn’t see any being marked as half price. Not a good indication, so I had to decide whether it was worth waiting in line to see if the one I needed was half price. Deciding I needed it pretty badly and was pretty sure it would be half off, I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally almost 45 min after I came in I was only able to get to the counter because the nice couple in front of me saw I had one thing in my hand and let me go ahead of them, otherwise I’d have been there over an hour. So I quickly asked the rep if this was a half priced accessory. He didn’t know so he had to go through the motions and act as if he was ringing it up. The answer? No this one actually isn’t. WTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF???@!?!@!!!@?!?@@???@!!! If a charger isn’t a half price accessory what the heck is gonna be??? I realized I could have cut to the front of the line and asked because my question was so brief, but I never liked those kind of people. Didn’t want to be them. The weird part is that t-mobile’s customer service on the phone is usually so good, but their stores are always so bad. Go figure.

I have to agree with the previous review. I renewed my contract to upgrade my phone, because the old one was a total dinosaur, but it still took ages for them to get the new phone in. the staff was nice, but they didnt have what i wanted and kept trying to have me get something fancier(and more expensive) i was pretty dissappointed in this location also. this actually is the location i signed up at, it it took forever for my friend to get his referral credit(over 3 months)

Antiquated technology(they don’t get the newest phones/pda’s for months and months)! They’re never all that busy, but it takes forever to get the attention of a sales person. Once you have their attention though, they’re pretty knowledgeable. Oh, Harrisburg T-Mo, how you’ve failed me.
