Rapid Test Center

My experience at this facility was less than desirable. The men who work here are arrogant, condescending, and rude. I was there to get important testing for work, and it was a new procedure for me and something I was not familiar with. They treated me like I was dumb and had no patience at all with me or the questions I had. I would never go back there — ever. Even a lady in the waiting area was laughing in disbelief and shaking her head because she saw first hand what I was experiencing. I hope she and other future customers are not treated the way I was. I am not a stupid person. I happen to have a master’s degree, and they treat people like criminals who come in there. I am not sure who runs this facility, but they will not be open long with the way they treat people.
