Where to start… well, let’s start with the fact that no one answered at the front desk when I called (twice) to ask a question prior to check in. The bathroom is terribly small, the shower rod is rusted and there are holes in my shower curtain. The «hot» water has no pressure behind it and barely gets above tepid. The picture in my room has water damage and over half the tiles in the drop ceiling are broken. And just now I tried to get coffee sent to my room and room service told me to come get it in the lounge… really?!

Disclaimer, this would not have been my choice, my association paid for it. I was pleasantly surprised. The place its old, definitely has a few miles on it. I was greeted warmly, the room was 99% clean, leaking creamers for the coffee. A big fat chocolate chip cookie, warm no less! King sleep number bed. Tiny gym, no fee weights. 24 hour snack shop. Sang at the front desk was stellar. My conference ended a few hours early and he arranged to take to the train station himself in the van. I would go back
