TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Was told upon signing up i had three bed upgrades and a free spray tan and when I asked to use them was informed that I did not have any upgrades and if I wanted to tan in higher beds I would have to pay. Not that big of a deal, right… read on.
I was given a date that I could not cancel BEFORE so I waited until two days after. While canceling my account I was told I would still be charged for the next month because I had to cancel AFTER said date. Which means I had a ten hour period to come in a cancel my account (which I would have done had I been informed). So I was charged for a month of tanning although I was not even in the state to use it. BUT they offered to freeze my account for $ 7.50 a month (for a year). I’m sorry, but this is flat out stealing from customers.
The staff is obviously unknowlegable of their policies, and refuses to offer customer service when they have given out false information. I do not recommend entering a tanning contract with this company.
