Macy’s

I love to shop and usually have the dinero to purchase whatever I deem that I cannot live without at that particular moment. I have been shopping at Macy’s my entire life and never had a bad experience until I moved here.
I was stalked around the purse area by someone who wears 10 dollar shoes and doesn’t know how to wear make-​up. I was looking for a leather briefcase that could hold my MacBook and had seen a couple of Fossil and Lucky Brand items online.
After about 10 minutes of being stalked I asked the chick if she had a problem or did she want to ask me out on a date. She just walked off and made a phone call hahahaha. Whatever. I may have tattoos but seriously…
Once the fiasco was over I decided to check out some clothes and went to try a few things on. the dressing room smelled like piss and there were plenty of suspicious stains on the floor. I just put the clothes on the chair and left.
The next day I went to the Coach outlet and bought my briefcase and ordered a few items online from

This is by far the worst Macy’s I have EVER been to.

I was very excited to hear that this Macy’s sold Shiseido product and hurried over to replenish my fast dwindling compact. The store itself was just okay, limited merchandise and not as high end as the Macy’s stores that I frequent in NJ/​NYC but again … I was there for the make up.
Sadly, the counter was out of my shade so I asked the salesperson to order for me. I was told there would be a shipping fee. I asked why would I pay for shipping if product was sent to store? She back tracked and said she wasn’t sure if she could order. :-/​
I left my name and number and told her to call me if the shade came in, presumably new shipments come in every week. Three weeks later I get a call and I go in for pick up. Lo and behold, no one has a clue as to where my make up was! Waste of time. I left … pissed … and got my make up from NJ when I went home.
I got yet ANOTHER call saying my make up was in and I said … sorry but after over a month, I had gone else where. I began to ask another question about another product line … click … THAT WOMAN HUNG UP ON ME!
If this Macy’s is the première store in Harrisburg … thank goodness for internet ordering!!!
