Twelve years ago, I happened upon Keystone Podiatric Medical Associates at a time of urgent need. New to the area, I looked through the phone book for a podiatrist. I called the Paxtonia office and spoke with Debbie. Her calm demeanor put me at ease. I was seen promptly and the matter of concern was successfully addressed.
I’ve stuck with them, specifically Dr. Todoroff, since that time. While I’ve occasionally sat in the waiting room longer than I would have liked, I never felt rushed while being seen by Dr. Todoroff. To my mind, that’s a fair balance.
One element of his approach that especially impressed me is the extent to which he explains not just what the problem is, but why it occurred, and how his proposed treatment will help it. There’s no talking down or jargon, just a clear conversational tone and a desire for the patient to understand.
After an uncharacteristic miscommunication with a member of his staff, Dr. Todoroff called me directly to personally explain the circumstances. Refreshingly, he owned the mistake and apologized for it. That reinforced that, besides being a reliable and capable practitioner, he is a man of integrity.
Yes, this review is earnest. It is also sincere. I recommend Dr. David Todoroff without hesitation.
