Dr. Andren’s office really helped me out when I was visiting in Harrisburg and needed a temporary contact lens. They contacted my optician in MI to determine what I needed and provided it with a smile. Great customer service!

John Andren is an excellent optician. I have been going there since 1999, it’s right off of old jonestown road, near the fishbone shop.
its in a small office plaza that also houses WIS, an insurance & real estate office
three other businesses. There is a small waiting area when you first walk in, after you sign in you can sit down. they have two assistants there who handle all the calls and billing and scheduling. they have always helped with billing and what my insurance does and does not cover.
Doctor Andren is the nicest doctor in the area, he even once let me come in on a Saturday (when theyre normally closed) and gave me a prescription and didn’t even charge me. for it. he always has a smile on his face.
they have at least three rooms for patients and tests and things like that and then also a small frame and lens room where you can sit down and look at what pair of glasses you like.
